Bold, italic, struck through and code

**Bold**, *italic*, ***both at once***, ~~struck through~~ and `loose code`.

• A mark touching a space on its inner side is not a mark: ** bold ** stays as written, and so does 5 * 3.
• A word joined by underscores, like snake_case or __dunder__, is not italic or bold.
• Inside backticks nothing else counts: a tag, a pen or an emoji between them is just text.
